As far as I can tell this doesnt work. I have my security system set up and I know the ports are forwarding but the app does not connect. The app expects a user name but the security system doesnt use user names just a password.

You get beyond the max channel error if you try to play any channel past 1.
Gives a beyond max channel error if I try to view cameras 2 - 4. First camera viewing works fine though.

Please roll back to the previous version, the app doesnt support remote viewing of more than the 1st channel. Last app worked fine.
While I very much appreciate their supports communication about a future update, rolling back to the previous version is all I need. I gave 3 stars because of the apps prior capabilities and their prompt responses to my emails. Otherwise, 1 working camera isnt enough. Please fix so I can bump you to 5 stars.

How are you testing this? It still doesnt work!
The most recent update worked for about a week then it just quit. Now I get a signal that the program is trying to pull up my cameras, but it doesnt. I really like the product....when its working. Please fix it
Cannot see cameras from my I phone or I pad. Says waiting for data & no response over and over. I have gotten it to come up three times since installing a few days ago. Was hoping I was doing something wrong, but I have gone back over everything and it seems to be kmeyes problem. Please make the system compatible with iPhones and iPads and I would love it!
Excellent! Works great on my CIB system and IPhone. One box has my camera system and the other has someone elses. I just tap on my camera box on the quad screen and I can choose my cameras (8) one at a time. If I want to see the other system I just tap on that camera in the quad screen and view their four cameras. I dont think the four boxes are intended to be for YOUR cams but rather four different remote locations. Using it this way works perfect.
I added the ip address, port and authentication details in the setup screen and now have access to all 8 streams. Its great!
Works good for me. Works on my iPad 2 and two IPhone 4s.
This app needs a more stable platform for mobile. On my iPhone, about 75% of the time its trying to "Connect To Server" then failing. It works fine on my desktop but I need it to work always on my mobile. Please look into the connections from mobile to your servers.
Im pleased with my camera purchase and this app. I installed the cameras myself, and set up monitoring on the desk top. With the app, my business partner and I have peace of mind with whats going on in the store. Additionally, we gave mobile access to our management team as well. Works fine all around for us.
it was very nice while it was working! now i just get (MAX USER ERROR) What is it and how can you fix it!
